Rosie and The Operator are staying in the Portland suburb of Mississippi, just across the river from the Downtown area during their 4 night visit to the city as they travel to Seattle. 

Rosie and The Operator are visiting McMinnville, Oregon for a couple of days in the heart of the Williamette Valley Oregon Wine Country and the bonus, its only a one-hour drive from Portland!

Rosie and The Operator are on the road and our destination for the day is the Silver Lake Resort, just outside Castle Rock in the State of Washington where we are going to overnight under the watchful eye of Mt St Helens which towers over the lake and resort.

Welcome to Seattle, The Emerald City of Washington State! This city has been on Rosie and The Operators bucket list for a long time and here we are driving into town on Interstate 5 listening to country music! Change the station Rosie, we need some 90s grunge to immerse ourselves in the Seattle vibe!

Rosie and The Operator are exploring the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle which is self declared as ‘The Center of The Universe’ and is a small compact, unexpected and unconventional suburb to say the least.
