Even the main monuments of Porto as a whole are crumbling and quite dilapidated which is also a surprise to Rosie considering how busy it was with tourists. 

Our apartment host Antonio welcomed us with open arms and two kisses, one on each cheek.  Rosie blushed, very Euro, we are off to a good start.  The Operator, well Rosie could tell he felt weird brushing stubble, but hey, it wouldn’t hurt if he could be a bit more dashingly Euro.

Portugal is a country that should be on everyone’s radar to visit.  But don’t tell everyone.  Everyone still doesn’t know about it….yet.
