MoVida is another flawless recommendation from The Boss and HM. They suggested to come for lunch, as they open at twelve and accept walk in diners at the bar and on small side tables as the main restaurant is normally booked solid.  Be quick and on time as they fill pretty quick.  If you are looking for an evening meal….be prepared to book at least a couple of months in advance.  www.movida.com.au

This restaurant creates sensory overload!  The sight of the small perfectly plated morsals instills pure delight and anticipation.  The first bite transports you to Nirvana, you close your eyes and just….swoon.  The flavours are so intensly vivid with amazing depth and complexity, ingredients are so perfectly matched whether is sweet or sour, hot or cold, every bite is perfection…..and, in the Tapas menu, you only get a second bite to affirm the delight.  Depending on your budget rather than your appetite we would have 2-3 tapas each to start with, they cost $4 – $7 each.  We would then follow with a couple of Racione selections which are the more traditional sized tapa sharing plates, these range in price from $13 – $21.

A whiff of snobbery permeates the dining room coupled with professional aloofness from the knowledgable wait staff, the atmosphere is modern and welcoming with a churchlike quiet, reverent hum, but, it was only lunchtime remember.

Yet this is a special place and a special experience! Food will never taste the same again after eating here!
